I've had Xfinity Pods for 2.5 years now.Your gateway device will begin booting up while performing a factory reset.
Once 30 seconds has passed, release the button. Using a small object, press and hold the reset button for at least 30 seconds. On the back of the gateway device, locate the reset pinhole.
